I’ve packaged three of my favorite Mac utilities into a single App Store bundle, and it’s a pretty good deal. The Mac Power User bundle gets you TerminalWidget, Marked QL, and FileRouter for $31.99. Buying them separately runs about $50, so you’re saving 20% right off the top.

Already own some of them?
No problem. The App Store’s “Complete My Bundle” pricing means you only pay the difference. Take the $32 bundle price, subtract whatever you’ve already spent on any of these apps, and that’s your cost to fill in the rest. You don’t pay twice for anything, and you still get the bundle discount on the apps you’re missing.
TerminalWidget takes the output from your scripts and Shortcuts and turns it into widgets on your Mac desktop and your iPhone and iPad home screens. It’s not just plain text, either. You get nicely designed charts, graphs, tables, icons, and styled text, so the stuff you’re already tracking in the terminal can live somewhere you’ll actually see it.
Marked QL
Marked QL brings the Apex Markdown processor into Quick Look. Hit the space bar on a Markdown file in Finder and you get a fast, fully rendered preview. Apex handles all the major flavors, so it doesn’t matter whether you write CommonMark, GitHub style, MultiMarkdown, or some mix of all three. It just works. And it includes MathJax, Mermaid, Quarto processing, and more.
FileRouter
FileRouter steps in whenever you double click a file in Finder and decides where it should go. You set up routes based on things like the filename, where the file lives, and other criteria, and each route can open the file in a different app. Want to pick on the fly? Pop up a radial or list menu of available apps. Need the same file open in several apps at once? It can do that too.
Get all three
I really think this set will make a lot of people’s days a little bit smoother, and at 20% off (or less if you already own a piece of it) it’s the cheapest way to get all three. Grab the bundle on the App Store.
