I got to meet Brother Gabriel Mosher at Macworld this year. It wasn’t the first time we’d crossed paths, but it was the first time we actually got to talk. He’s a Dominican friar living in the Bay area, and he’s putting technology to use in the priory in intriguing ways.
I’ve had a few clergy people on the show before, but this was new ground for me. I knew nothing about monks, friars or really the history of the Catholic church, so this was a very interesting chat for me.
I also greatly enjoy Brother Gabriel’s taste in consumable beverages, so the top picks were a blast. Enjoy!
